Minutes of Meeting of Weymouth Board of Commissioners

The regular monthly meeting of the Board of Commissioners of the Village of Weymouth was held on Mar 1, 2021 in the meeting room at the Medical Centre with Commissioners Gaudett, Frizzell and Mullen present.

Meeting was called to order by the Chair at 7:03 pm.

The minutes of the meeting of Feb 1, 2021 were approved as presented on motion by Commissioner Mullen and seconded by Commissioner Frizzell

Business Arising out of the Minutes:
-up dated water testing has been completed. Clean bill of health
-no change in skylight leak
-Clerk has yet to asked Sissiboo Landing to display the Weymouth Mass plaque

Correspondence:
- Letter from Municipality outlining planned procedure for implementation of an Accessibility Advisory Committee to meet provincial requirements.

Financial Reports: An updated financial report was presented by Clerk Treasurer. Approved on motion by Commissioner Frizzell, seconded by Commissioner Mullen

New Business:
-Continuing discussion on possible disposal of the old recording office building.

Commission meetings will continue to be held on the first Monday of the month unless otherwise advised. Next meeting will be Monday April 5th, 2021. There being no further business the meeting was adjourned at 7:38 on motion Commissioner Frizzell seconded by Commissioner Mullen
