Minutes of Meeting of Weymouth Board of Commissioners

A meeting of the Weymouth Board of Commissioners was held on February 9, 2015 with Commissioners Gaudett, Frizzell and Raymond present. Chair, Commissioner Gaudett called the meeting to order at 7.00 PM .

Minutes of Meeting of January 12 was approved as circulated on motion by Commissioner Frizzell and seconded by Commissioner Raymond.

Business Arising out of the Minutes:
J & D Electric has received Reverse Osmosis systems and are in process of arranging for their installation. No response on request for second quote from Leaky Lou's

Financial Reports: An updated financial report was presented by Clerk Treasurer.

None..

New Business:
Commissioner Frizzell has been trying to get to the bottom of the garage collectors failure to pick up metal trash at Candy ??? residence. Efforts continue.
Commissioner Frizzell also noted that he had called NS Power on a street light issue and , contrary to our agreement, was told the they do not service street lights. He will call again.

As Clerk will be out of country during next regular meeting date, meeting date will be held March 23rd, 2015

There being no further business meeting was adjourned at 7:30 on motion Commissioner Raymond 2nd Commissioner Frizzell.
