Minutes of Meeting of Weymouth Board of Commissioners

A meeting of the Weymouth Board of Commissioners was held on Jun 20th, 2015 with Commissioners Gaudett, Frizzell, Doucet ,Raymond and Mullen present.

Meeting called to order at 7:40, immediately following the annual general meeting of electors for the sole purpose of electing a Chair for the following year. It was moved by Commissioner Doucet, seconded by Commissioner Raymond that Irwin Gaudett be re-elected as Chair for the ensuing year. Motion carried.

Minutes of Meeting of June 6th were tabled until next meeting.

While not a regular meeting, Commissioner Gaudett advised the Board that Weymouth had been approached to act as test case for opening roadway for ATV's to enable access from both side of the Sissiboo Trail. Also a request has been made by Youth Health Services for use of the Medical centre on a bi weekly basis for the months of July and August. As others persons are required to be on site during these interviews it was suggested that this date could coincide with the Tuesday's Nurse practitioner's schedule.

Next meeting date will be Tuesday September 6th, unless a meeting in necessary for some reason during the summer.

There being no further business meeting was adjourned at 8:20 on motion Commissioner Mullen 2nd Commissioner Frizzell.
