The regular monthly meeting of the Board of Commissioners of the Village of Weymouth was held on October 5, 2020 in the meeting room at the Medical Centre with Commissioners, Gaudet, Frizzell and Mullen present.

Meeting was called to orer by the Chair at 6:56pm.

The minutes of the meeting of June 1, 2020 were approved as presented on motion by Commissioner Frizzell and seconded by Commissioner Mullen.

Business arising out of the minutes: None

Correspondance:

- Letter received from Dept. Environment regarding water testing. Regular testing is being continued.

Financial Reports: An updated financial report was presented by Clerk Treasurer. Approved on motion by Commissioner Mullen, seconded by Commissioner Frizzell. Clerk also advised that draft financial statements for 2020 will be available from Grant Thornton for our next scheduled meeting.

New business:

-Clerk brought up request from Home Care for the purchase of a security camera to cover the rear parking area. After a brief discussion it was deemed not necessary at this time.

The date for the next meeting will be determined by need. There being no further business the meeting was adjourned at 7:21 on motion Commissioner Frizzell, seconded by Commissioner Mullen.
