Minutes of Meeting of Weymouth Board of Commissioners

A meeting of the Weymouth Board of Commissioners was held on Jun 22nd, 2015 with Commissioners Gaudett, Frizzell, Doucet ,Raymond and newly elected Commissioner Betty Mullen present.

Meeting called to order at 7:23, immediately following the annual general meeting of electors for the sole purpose of electing a Chair for the following year. It was moved by Commissioner Frizzell, seconded by Commissioner Raymond the Irwin Gaudett be re-elected as Chair for the ensuing year. Motion carried.

Minutes of Meeting of June 15th were tabled until next meeting.

While note a regular meeting, Commissioner Frizzell up dated the group on his discussions with NSPC on the various street light issues and also on a request from Victoria Brooks on behalf of the Board of Trade for funding for a new Weymouth website. Matter was discussed at length and deferred for further information.

Next meeting date will be September 7th, unless a meeting in necessary for some reason during the summer.

There being no further business meeting was adjourned at 8:02 on motion Commissioner Mullen 2nd Commissioner Frizzell.
